Description

Responsibilities

* Take ownership of regression and functional testing, devise and document test schedules, create test cases, establish protocols and appropriate testing environments

* Design, document, develop, maintain and scale complex testing frameworks to ensure successful, on-time deployments via continuous integration - JIRA, Git, Selenium, Jenkins.

* Collaborate with development team throughout the software development life cycle to estimate, prioritise and execute testing activities in-line with release schedule

* Identify, report and monitor bugs found from testing to development to resolution

* Manage relationships and coordinate testing between onshore & offshore teams

* Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a highly customized Salesforce.com environment

* Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve to become productive, enthusiastic and dependable quickly

* Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups

* Excellent decision making, communication, motivational and presentation skills, ability to collaborate with leadership team

* Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stakeholders

* Excellent problem solving skills, able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application testing of developed functionality

* Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fast paced go-live environment

* Experience working throughout SDLC including both Agile and Waterfall solution delivery methods
