Your tasks:
- Translate HR processes (e.g. performance management, feedback dialogue, merit increase, bonus payout) into technologies in order to improve efficiency and support leaders and HR employees in the affiliates
- Act as administrator of SFSF suite and coordinate releases on a European HR level including testing and optimization
- Create requirements for new processes as well as process improvement
- Provide guidance and support to implement new pan-European processes and improvements for the system
- Manage external implementation and support partners
- Foster pan-European integration and create an integrated technical platform by respecting local needs
- Manage interfaces to other internal departments
- Plan and conduct training and workshops including documentation (e.g. user manuals, guidelines, presentations)
Your qualifications
- Very good knowledge/experience in SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM
- Profound experienced in IT project management (preferable IPMA, Prince 2, ITIL or other certificate) as well MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong change management and intercultural communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
