IT Infrastructure/Facilities Management (Datacenter Migration) - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH/DUTCH (desirable)
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with ITIL within an ICT infrastructure environment
- Familiarity with Risk Management requirements
- Work closely with the DevOps engineers in the daily execution of the program
- Familiar with the Agile way of working
- Experienced in using its ceremonies (daily scrum meetings, quarterly PSI planning)
- Experienced in dealing with static/dynamic scan requirements and solving of its findings
- Experienced in interactions with external IT suppliers, and procurement phases for project and maintenance contracts
- Able to do progress reporting to senior management in program steerings
