Tangent International are urgently looking to hire a VAS/IN Consultant to work in East Asia on a long term extendable assignment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, upgrading and network optimization on software solutions;
- Deliver product training to customers and sub-contractors;
- Prepare the technical engineering documentations as required;
- Coordinate with the customers in acceptance testing;
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on Huawei software product etc;
- Implement operate & maintain solution in-time and effectively to fulfil customers' requirements and solve technical issues;
- Manage the customer problems and meet the SLA commitment;
- Construct and maintain up-to-date network information to ensure accurate and sufficient database for maintenance & troubleshooting
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related systems implementation and support experience in the mobile network VAS system
- Experience in VAS or IN and UNIX or Database (ie Informix, Oracle, Sysbase) is an added advantage
