SAP HR Consultant - French speaking.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP HR Consultant for a role in France.

Location: France
Duration: 3 months+
Main tasks:
Contribute to the controls to ensure data quality and problem solving on all our HR systems and mainly:
- Workday
- SAP (Convergence, IHRIS, SAFIRH)
The objective is to have a perfect data alignment between the systems for the go-live of localisation of Workday in France. After the go-live, the objective will be to have an alignment between Workday and Convergence (with the OM and Full PA integration).
Contribute to identify main issues and find the root causes: detection of integration issues (interfaces between all systems), link with global team to follow-up the resolution, testing of the resolution.
Contribute to security management:
- User review in Workday and SAP
- Management of new access requests (using Stars for SAP and Neocase for Workday)
- Monitoring of HR Partner roles within Workday with inheritance breakdown management
Contribute to user support on all our HR Processes by managing Neocase requests in our support portal:
- Before go-live: OM, Performance, Talent, Security
- After go-live: + Core HR, Compensation, Absences, Recruitment
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR (PA and OM)
- Knowledge of Workday recommended
- Fluent French (native or equivalent)/Fluent English
- Based in Paris or Lyon
