Support Analyst

One of my leading financial services clients in Leeuwarden is urgently seeking a Support Analyst for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. Interviews taking place immediately!

The Support Analyst will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:

  • Experience with and knowledge of Linux, Mainframe, basic Windows.
  • Experience in Cobol, IDMS preference (do not write themselves, but reading).
  • Continuous delivery, such as deployment pipeline, met Artifactory, Gitlab, Nolio, Maven, Logstash, CollectD.
  • Understanding and knowledge of detailed 'technical behaviour' own system in normal and peak load.
  • You have experience of working in an Agile organization.

The Support Analyst will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Deploying and running of Production system, you provide Level 2 support for your application; automated testing (using UFT).
  • You specify, design, and executes Performance and acceptance tests (including High Availability and Disaster Recovery Tests) with the help of Dev Engineer.
  • You configure and deploy Monitoring Tooling (24x7 monitoring behalf Master Control Room (MCR) using appropriate Event Alerts, agreed with the MCR.
  • Within the squad, there is a consciousness for 24/7 availability for the customer, why you're running along with your colleagues in a standby roster for possible incidents.
  • You contribute to indicate the development of your squad by actively and receive feedback.
  • As experienced Ops Engineer you coach less experienced colleagues and may be asked to care for your workouts.
  • You are responsible for your development of your own skills and you apply them.
