Description
For a client within Manufacturing ad Production industry in Sweden, Sirius Business Group is looking for a Senior Improvement Specialist (3) for Quality Gate team, Operational Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide structure, methods, templates and general means to those in charge of implementing improvements within IT Operations.
- Work hands-on in the line organization to enable identification and implementation of improvements in order to reach agreed goals.
- Secure that process improvement opportunities are directed to responsible Lead Process SME.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and trainings.
- Maintain and develop the improvement methodology toolbox at IT Production.
- Lead by example in providing cost-efficient and high-quality services.
An Improvement Specialist will be responsible for securing the quality of deployments into test and production environments, follow-up on process maturity, be a part of Quality Gate Decision meetings (QGDM), communicate requirements and assist change initiators within the deployment area. An Improvement Specialist will also be part of developing the Quality Gate function further.
Qualifications:
* Wide holistic technical background. - Expert Level
* ITIL/process knowledge - Senior Level
* Understanding of test process and methods. - Senior Level
Following will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of Remedy (iDesk) or similar tool
- Experience in working with large IT landscape and global organizations
- Fluency in Swedish
Project start date: , with some flexibility
Project end date: with option + possible extension
Location: Helsingborg/Älmhult
There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
There is some travel required outside the primary working site(s).
