Your tasks:
- From the product vision, derive and maintain a product backlog of user stories including clear acceptance criteria
- Schedule the stories into sprints to meet business timelines
- IT “consultancy” meetings between agile teams and stakeholders
- Workshops with stakeholders to define backlog, user stories etc (discovery, elaboration, release planning, others…)
- Maintain an E2E view
- Counterpart to European head office Integration Manager
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in related stakeholder functions such as Business Analysis
- Profound experience in project management
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Ability to understand technical issues
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Introduce an E2E thinking in software development
- English and German
