Customer Growth Marketing Manager - 11-months - £300-£375 per/day
This is an opportunity for a marketeer with strong customer experience to join a leading business and help support growth of the customer base. You will need to have experience with Customer Lifecycle Management and Customer Segmentation.
Responsibilities
- Understanding inside out what motivates and drives the customer
- Being the voice of the customer, developing great experiences
- Driving volume, reducing Churn and increasing engagement from the active base.
- This will include refining and implementing our Customer Lifecycle Management strategy, working closely with other teams (including Marketing, Product and Customer Support)
- Developing and testing new communications/propositions/experiences

- Consumer Marketing: Understanding how to change consumer mindset and behaviour
- Action bias: Taking ownership and moving quickly, working around challenges/obstacles
- Matrix working: Getting things done in a complicated, global Matrix
- Strong at senior stakeholder management
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- Degree level education or equivalent
- At least 5 years' professional experience in a Customer centric role
- Customer Lifecycle Management experience
- Considerable experience managing cross-functional teams
- CRM experience
- Highly mobile, computer and Internet literate
- Passion for E-commerce
