Web Developer/Analyst required by a leading global organization in Kent for an initial 3 month contract.
Web Analytics Engineers applying must have knowledge of JavaScript and Tag Manager. You must be able to demonstrate experience in supporting applications including SpeedTrap, Adobe Analytics/Target and webchat. Any successful candidate would require demonstrable experience in a similar environment.
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
Collaborate with business and technology teams to define consistent tracking methods to capture customer behaviour across any web-based channel, web site and mobile app, emails, digital media, etc.
Identify and scope projects that contribute to traffic and conversion.
Understand and gather business requirements for analytics, guiding the business on reporting best practices.
Exercise data governance to ensure the consistency of data over time. Maintain control over the tag management system. Oversee all third-party tagging requests.
Convert the business requirements into detailed analytics requirements that follow the defined tracking guidelines.
Collaborate with site developers to modify and improve the data layer to improve analytics.
Define and implement tracking using Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of HTML, HTTP request/response data
