SPAN/Mirroring Ports Expert
Our customer a specialist in the QoS/Performance Improvement/Optimisation arena are searching for a SPAN/Mirroring Ports Expert to join
their ever expanding company. The desired candidate will be based at the customer premises in either Casablanca, Morocco or Beirut, Lebanon
with regular travel to customer offices.
Required skills:
Expert in IT networks and Router/switch configuration (Mirroring, SPAN port, Tapping (including vTAP), routing, Firewall, TCP, UDP, VLAN
Good knowledge of multiples vendor equipment
3 to 5 years experience in mirroring ports configuration in mobile telecommunications environment and international context.
Good technical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G network architecture and main interfaces/protocols.
Customer oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English.
Duties:
Support customers to set-up mirroring ports on their mobile network and feed properly our probes.
Analyze and perform advanced troubleshooting in order to resolve customer incidents related to mirroring ports.
Be the main point of contact with mobile operator
Create guidelines to help engineering/support teams in their daily investigation on mirroring port issues and make them autonomous.
