Engineering Resource Co-ordinator
A Resource Co-ordinator with engineering experience is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Portsmouth.
This is a 6 month contract with a leading UK Defence Business.

To support the Engineering Resourcing team in all aspects of recruitment and Learning and Development (L&D) within Fleet Services -
Engineering Key
Technical Skills
High level of competence in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Good presentation skills
Key Leadership/People Mgmt.
Key skills required for the Engineering Resource Co-ordinator
* Ability to converse confidently across all levels be a proactive team player and have ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Work with Engineering Resource team in data gathering
* Ability to deliver to tight timescales
* High level of data accuracy and configuration control is essential
* High level of analytical skills would be desirable
* Company/Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of working with budgets, invoicing and preparing for audits essential
* Knowledge of engineering skill set across Fleet Services would be an advantage
* An understanding of Taleo and ERS desirable but not essential
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/4 Administration
The role is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire - commutable from Southampton, Cowes, Isle of Wight, Salisbury, Winchester, Andover, Basingstoke, Guildford, Aldershot, Crawley, Horsham, Brighton, Worthing, Chichester
