Description
Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a well-known media client based in central London, on an initial 6 month contract. You will be an inspirational person who can lead and support product and engineering teams to deliver world-class content.
The role holder will act as the Scrum Master to the web squad consisting of a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Front and Back End Developers, QA, System Engineer and an Architect.
Experience required:
Strong experience of agile methodology and frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
Proven delivery track record and skills to coach teams achieve business and sprint goals
Strong track record in the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Excellent communicator and team player who can motivate multi-skilled teams
Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his/her team needs.
Expert knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Ability understand the team's and the support the sprint commitments
Deep understanding of the value of metrics, incremental delivery and experience of backlog tracking, burndown metrics and velocity.
