Description
We are looking for a Senior Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant for a project in Saudi Arabia.
The task will be to Analyse, identify and quantify all current gaps related to Oracle CC&B financial transactions:
- Balanced match events that have amount different than zero
- Huge number of unclear transfer adjustments
- Multiple overpayment SAs per account
- Payments distributed to cancelled
- Matching against converted balances
- Challenges to have accurate aging report
Also, part of the task will be fix a back log of unmatched payments in the system as per Oracle CC&B best practices. Review/optimise the bill print calculation queries to ensure accuracy for all possible scenarios (disputes, rebills, payment cancellations, transactions post last bill). As well as Implement Oracle CC&B - AR integration.
