Job Purpose:
We require a UCC Consultant to work with our clients to develop quality Unified Communication and
Collaboration solutions in order tofulfill our client's business requirements. This involves the collection and analysis of all relevant data essential to gain an understanding of our client's requirements during the requirements gathering and assessment. You will be a client advocate who takes responsibility for the solution development and design of the underlying technical architecture.
Responsibilities:
Qualify customer opportunities: understand customer requirements through customer meetings and workshops.
Positioning complex billable consulting work, in the form of SoW, to facilitate progression towards large UCC sale.
Be part of solution delivery as owner of low level designs and integration tasks
Act as lead consultant towards customers in UC transformation projects
Working with engineering team to finalize technical solution in the context of a specific project with extents to Orange product and managed services enhancements
Remain personally up-to-date and ensure that the Consulting team remains up-todate on relevant UCC technologies and Orange products and services.
Be able to build bridges between Consulting and Sales (internally), understand the value of consultancy to have a trusted relationship with our customers
Stay abreast of technical, financial, strategic and operational issues, options and advancements within the UCC industry relevant to the Orange services portfolio.
Engage with clients at a detailed technical, functional and operational level
Identify and develop key partner and vendor relationships as required to deliver fully integrated solutions
Quantify and articulate costs/benefits of investments in strategic IT solutions
The function has an approximately 70% role of delivering consulting to customer and 30% in business development/knowledge management.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in scoping and delivering large seats) UC, voice enabled, solutions based on Microsoft Skype for Business
Proven track record in customer engagement on UC projects
Experience with voice gateway deployments/configurations, ie Sonus/AudioCodes
Experience with replacing of Legacy PBX systems by UC solutions.
Experience with Legacy telephony circuits, digital and analogue.
Experience with enabling fax solutions on UC platforms
Experience with UC dial plans
Experience in the fix to mobile field
Experience with UC voice, smart boards
Familiar with O365, AD, CAC, QoS, Hybrid Skype, VM, Fax
Understanding of integration issues and how to solve them
IT consulting skills and ability to drive business: ability to independently write consulting proposals and contribute to global responses
Possess both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer's business problem to an end-to-end technology solution
Ambition and interested to develop consulting skills in cloud domain
Understanding of ITIL concepts, in particular for Help Desk, Incident, and Problem Management and Datacenter/Server Operational Components (Monitoring, Management, etc.)
Ability to work in cross-functional teams: operations, engineering, sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex IT language into common language for customers. Fluent in English including writing and presentation skills
Traveling in Benelux is expected (up to 30%)
Certifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university in business, technical or equivalent field with 7+ years' experience in Consulting
Microsoft UCC certification, Skype for Business Enterprise voice AudioCodes/Sonus
Accredited Technical Professional or identical type if certification
ITIL foundation
