International Payments Specialist - SWIFT - Banking

McGregor Boyall is currently recruiting a payment specialist for a large and ever expanding Banking organisation in London. The preferred candidate must have a strong Payments background, along with experience supervising a team, extensive knowledge of SWIFT (MT202 MT105) and a strong Banking background.
The role will involve:
- Daily supervision of the team
- Occasionally covering for the Client Services Manager
- Liaising with various business areas including Ops Risk, Audit along with Clients
Candidate Requirements
- Strong International Payments background, knowledge and experience
- Experience supervising/managing a small team
- Strong Financial Services and Banking experience
- Previous experience working with payments investigation and resolution
- Strong customer services skills
- Knowledge of various SWIFT messages
Desired Requirements - User knowledge of:
- Aqua/Galaxy - Swift messages input
- FLEXCUBE (Oracle)
- PEGA (to be implemented)
- IBIS - general ledger
- Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook & Access
- Internal web based systems
- Midas Plus Plus/Flex
- Intellimatch
- Intellitracs
- SIDE (Swift viewer)
