Calypso Business Analyst/Calypso v13/French/Collateral
The consultant will be responsible for identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements for Calypso application in consultation with relevant business stakeholders within the Collateral Management business line.
Main Responsibilities:
After having familiarized himself/herself with the functional and technical environment of the studied scope, the consultant will undertake the following activities:
Understand, communicate and manage user expectations in order to identify, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements
Lead requirements analyses on re-engineering current business process
Write business requirements specifications according to the standard templates in English
Participate in the definition of functional test cases
Manage changes to requirements
Participate in the different project follows-up meetings
Be a referent for the project team in terms of functional knowledge for Calypso solutions
Skills Required:
At least 5 years experience of Calypso implementations including hands-on configuration experience, preferably in v13, in particular in the following areas:
Trading, pricing and risk management of treasury products
Back Office configuration, SDIs and static, taskstation, message set-up
Configuration and testing possibilities of CWS reports, pricing parameters
ERS Limit and Compliance
P&L and MTM calculations, market data interfaces
Collateral manager and margining process
Accounting structure (events, rules, account set up)
Degree level education
Fluency in French and English required
Personal Skills:
Good interpersonal skills and capacity to deal with key stakeholders
Demonstrable writing skills and in particular write specification/process documentation that can be understood by functional, managerial and technical teams
Good analytical skills and capacity to think outside the box/get creative to solve issues
Straightforward and dynamic approach to issues
Team spirit and capacity to interact with multicultural team
