Job Description:
This leader will have accountability for the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides ownership and support across all aspects of the enterprise use of Salesforce CoE. In this dynamic leadership role, you will provide leadership, guidance and accountability for standards, governance, business capabilities & strategies associated with the use of the Salesforce solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define, refine and govern consistent policy and processes relative to the overall use of Salesforce including security, data governance, licensing, compliance, and regulatory
Develop and own the strategic roadmap for the use of Salesforce across the enterprise
Manage an enterprise wide portfolio activities underway relating to the use of Salesforce
Lead the creation a culture of partnership between internal and external partners related to salesforce activities
Provide leadership, mentoring and growth opportunities across the Salesforce community
Evangelize and Educate the organization and other teams relevant to the use of salesforce.
Co-ordinate with dedicated centralized Corporate functions in Finance, Legal, Product and EA., to enable more effective use of Salesforce
Development of a Governance framework including dashboards, standards and metrics, and ensure collaboration and compliance with contractual and enterprise standards
Define, refine and report upon metrics and measures that track the CoE's performance and utilization of Salesforce within and across all entities
Partner with technology management and delivery teams to create and leverage best practices to ensure overall success in delivery of new capabilities
Identify and partner with technology and business teams to develop reusable repository of tools, work objects, best practices, thought leadership and frameworks for efficient execution of engagements which drive business value
Maintain and keep up to date in terms of Salesforce's business model, market and product roadmaps
Work across the community of Salesforce Users and application to understand the overall landscape of sales force uses
Create a culture of collaboration and reuse
Be seen as and provide thought leadership across the enterprise relative to the Salesforce
Evaluates and develops emerging concepts and champion new and innovative uses for the Salesforce platform
Technically oriented - Quick learner with technical know-how to understand and support our complex well-integrated technology environment
Collaborative (works with peers across many functionalities within the company)
Multi-tasking - Working with multiple business units and business/IT executives across multiple time zones requires ongoing prioritization, level-setting with business
