- Plan and design offerings, end2end view
- Develop and implement offerings within ICD
- Act as interface to ICO
- Support troubleshooting and testing
- Create and maintain documentation
Your qualifications
- Deep ICD knowledge
- Experience as Architect for Service Catalog
- Detailed Catalog application and process knowledge
- Deep understanding/knowledge of end2end solution
- Jython scripting and CMDB knowledge
- German language skills preferred
