For a client of Global Enterprise Partners I am currently looking for a SAS engineer to introduce DTAP.
Project:
- Start: April 2017
- Length: 3-6 months
- Location: Amsterdam
- Rate: 70-75 euro/hour
The SAS administrator will be responsible for the solution design as well as the implementation of a DTAP environment that supports and governs the development, testing and release of data models created in SAS DI, Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner. Key profile characteristics:
Thorough knowledge of and experience with the SAS platform configuration including SAS DI, SAS Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner and LSF for batch processing.
- Extensive experience with DTAP solution design and processes.
- Solid hands on experience implementing SAS DTAP environments and (automated) promotion processes
- Experience with DBMS (preferably Oracle)
- Experience with implementation of versioning tools and processes (preferably Git)
- Extensive and current experience with metadata authorization implementation
- Competence to create clear and structured documentation in English to ensure lasting knowledge transfer
