ServiceNow consultants (Certified plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for one to several ServiceNow professionals, ranging from developers, administrators, architects and business analysts, both senior and junior level consultants are needed. We have needs for this both in Skåne and Gothenburg.
As a subject matter expert in ServiceNow, the consultant will participate in, or drive the development of, business solutions using the ServiceNow platform, integrating with current solutions and platforms.
Tasks required (depending on actual assignment and role)
Develop and design workflows and scripts to produce custom applications in ServiceNow.
Take on the role of the technical leader and cooperate with users to understand and document requirements.
Craft solutions to enhance our diverse set of custom applications and customers, leveraging out-of-cloud functionality or build from scratch
Participate and contribute to design and code reviews.
Analyze, interpret complex data, and provide highly advanced solutions to technical problems escalated from the Service Desk.
Mentor new users to ServiceNow
Deliver original solutions to complex issues with the ability to advise and recommend advanced technical methods and solutions.
Requirements
Degree in a Computer science or Engineering
ServiceNow certification or documented ServiceNow experience is a MUST
Ability to program in at least one other programming language (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator is highly desired.
Experience from working with Service Catalog also highly desired
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via web-services
Swedish language skills advantageous
