Description
Next Vetures is looking for a someone experience in gaming to fill a position as a Agile Team Coach. Your mission will be to become the leading star of the agile game development, working in the game engine team, used in games reaching hundred of millions of users.
Location: Stockholm
Duration: 6 months + extension
Start: Immediate
You will be helping to develop the way of you project, working with the head and the product owener, to drive continuous improvements and team dynamics, ensuring the team run efficiently and at a sustainable pace.
Responsibilities:
- Servant leader of the team- helping to create the game engine which will give the game studioso great ability to creat the most exciting, fun and porfitable games
- Leadig contiuous improvement in your own team and working with those in Stockholm, Barcelona and Seattle
- Facilitate learning through workshops, meetings and team offsites
- Learning and sharing agile practices, and helping maintain the Agile cultures
- Collaborate with the Agile community across entire business to share the ideas and bast practice
Skills needed:
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a complex environment
- Experience sharing agile initiative through the whole organization
- Good understanding of the software development process.
Bonus:
- Previous experience as a Product Ower or Developer
