Your New role :-
The Senior C/C++ Engineer will enhance existing functionality, add new functionality, and contribute to our automotive industry related projects. Each team member is an integral part of development including: analysis, design, implementation and unit testing. Senior C/C++ Engineer will interact with the software architect to design and implement new functionality.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Solid knowledge of C/C++ language
- At least 5 years of commercial experience as C/C++ developer
- Natural focus on high standards and thorough testing, delivering quality results to tight deadlines
- Familiar with modern version control systems, including git and svn
- Proven ability to actively cooperate as a key member of a technical team
- Analytic and problem solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English
Desirable Skills :-
- Experience with Linux systems
- Experience with other IT skill and programming languages including scripting
- Experience with real time operating systems (OSEK / QNX etc.)
- Experience with GNU tool chain
- Experience with CAN bus
- Automotive industry / low level development background
- Experience with video streaming and compression
