Our client, the world’s leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer in Dallas or Salt Lake City for their new USA based Headquarters.

Mission:
Our clients’ team is looking for a leading Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to be based in Dallas or Salt Lake City. This role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program building within the agile concept our clients’ future.

Key Responsibilities:
- With Agility evangelize the automation of our clients’ QA practice
- Implement and maintain object oriented C# code that supports the creation of automated tests - both UI and backend
- Analyze testing specifications and translate system requirements to manageable and measurable tasks
- Adhere to company development standards (coding standards, unit testing, integration testing, best practices)

Supporting Responsibilities
- Automation and performance tuning across the customer facing technology stack
- Define and Evangelize QA Automation best practices across our clients’ company
- Support and Evangelize Software Architecture best practices across our clients’company
- Implement and Leverage reporting & data to quantify automation performance & efficiency

Role Requirements
- Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
- Knowledge of the business for which the enterprise architecture is being developed
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
- Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non- technical people may understand
- Reliable and trustworthy advisor with the passion to bring the extra Q in Quality

Professional Qualifications & Skills
- Certifications in Quality Assurance
- Experience in Agile Development, SCRUM certified
- Previous experience in QA where you made the difference creating tangible value
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience in desired languages and environment required
- Must have proven track record developing with Visual Studio using the following technologies: .NET C#, MVC, .NET Core, Selenium and AngularJs
- Must have good understanding of TDD, AGILE, IOC, Dependency Injection, REST, Web Services, and JSON
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
