Description

We're looking for a highly skilled KDB Developer to join a global leading investment bank. If you're an experienced technical professional seeking the opportunity to work on thrilling cutting edge technology, we may have the perfect role for you.

What will you be doing?

A world renowned organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced KDB Developer. As Senior KDB Developer, be responsible for design, architecture development, testing and deployments of a large KDB plan used to monitor all electronic trading flow in the investment bank.

We're looking for a candidate who can combine a genuine passion for development with previous experience working with the trade floor. Does this sound like you?

What skills should you have?

Expert KDB programming knowledge

C/C++ Knowledge is essential

Understanding of equity or fixed incomes (Fix Protocol - desirable)

Equity trading application experience

Strong verbal and written communication skill

UNIX/Linux skills as majority of the system runs on Linux

Are you proficient in all of the above? If so, you could be the KDB Developer that we've been looking for.

Who will you be working for?

KDB Developer will be joining the trading's control risk team, the team builds the order monitoring and trading risk management application, additional responsibilities include coordinating with other technology teams to build test, and implement exciting new functionalities and to improve existing plant infrastructure.
