We are looking for a Quality Expert for our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

Report on the high level as-is situation, including a list of collected documentation, existing practices, tools, data and other information;

Report on needs assessment for software testing process reflecting the future organization - to-be and roadmap to achieve it;

Presentation of the summary of the as-is situation and to-be needs to stakeholders for validation;

Knowledge and expertise in the area of application testing and quality assurance enabling carry out tasks defined above;

Proposal on organizational IT Testing methodology covering testing performed within organisation as well as interfaces with external IT Service providers.
The IT testing methodology shall include, but is not limited to:

Test Policy;
-
Test levels (eg unit, system, integration, regression, user acceptance testing etc.) and their entry and exit criteria;

Test types (eg functional, performance) at relevant test levels;
-
Roles, responsibilities and authority (compliant with existing roles and organigram with eventual recommendations for adaptation);
-
Testing process(es), compliant with existing processes with eventual recommendations to adapt (eg processes for requirements management, software development, product maintenance, project management);
-
Model for technical environments necessary for the testing methodology;
-
Test documentation and other testing artefacts (eg test policies, end-to-end strategy, etc.);

Test methods and tools (eg test automation approach, test case management, test management tools), considering the existing technology platforms (eg Microsoft .NET web applications, Drupal web applications, Microsoft .NET desktop applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications);

Templates and examples.

Contribution to work instructions and internal procedures supporting implementation of the IT testing methodology;

Implementation plan of the IT testing methodology;

Training materials, training and coaching on the defined testing methodology;

Amended and/or reviewed documents as per assignment.
Education and Experience
-
University degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT, quality management
-
Experience in defining and implementing IT testing methodology and strategies in organizations with externalized IT Service providers

Experience in managing and performing testing and quality assurance throughout Software Development Lifecycle, particularly product maintenance

Experience in managing and performing testing and quality assurance throughout ITIL Service Management Lifecycle

Experience in organizational change management, particularly dealing with resistance to change
-
ISTQB certification advanced level (or higher)
General competencies and skills:

Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working

Strong motivation and excellent coomunication skills in English
Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
