System Integration & Test Framework Development Engineer
Day to day role: Maintain and improve quality of current software and improving code base. This is for an initial 3 month contract but the project will be running for at least the next year which means that extension is highly likely.
The company are global leaders in the research and development of their unique product line, and the role will provide an interesting insight into the field of automation and image processing which is expected to become more and more prevalent over the coming years.
Skills & experience desired:
- Ability to manage multiple System Integration product portfolios
- Ensure that the quality release is maintained on each of the tracks
- To be able to define process and procedures in place to secure platform quality
- Developing test frameworks/regression test cases
- Surround SCM
- GIT/GITLab production release
- Engineering qualification
- Significant experience of C++ coding experience in test framework
- GUI
- Unit testing experience
