Frontend developer
Front End Developer required by this globally operating business based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Duration: Ideally from 14-Aug-2017 until 01-Jun-2018 with possible extensions thereafter.
The product is a cloud based next generation software for hotels, cruise ships and amusement parks. They deliver iteratively and gather customer feedback continuously while incorporating innovative technology from the company.
In this project you will have the opportunity to explore new technologies and test new ways of working. How about working in a cross-functional team using the Hamburger Method to plan you next minimal valuable product delivered to our customers using Continuous Delivery?
The client actively encourage an open environment where they develop and operate products together as a team. They know that their products will live for a long time and they apply the principles of Clean Code, TDD and pair programming to ensure that they always deliver high quality software. Their teams have recently started to use mob programming as well.
The system is deployed on AWS, based on a microservice architecture and deployed using a modern tool chain. They apply the principles of DevOps and Continuous Delivery to ship their products to customers as soon as possible.
They think a small and cross functional team is an efficient team and they organize themselves with that in mind. They invest time and energy into building their teams with retrospectives, teambuilding and after work activities. Their project has several agile coaches working with the teams.
Requirements:
They believe that you have experience of developing software in an agile environment. Doing this as a team together with others is important to you.
You like that your daily tasks change according to what needs to be done to improve the product.
You think learning new things is exciting and you approach the task with curiosity and energy.
You enjoy working with JavaScript, HTML and CSS and have professional experience with webapp development (React, Angular, Ember.js).
You like the concept of automated Frontend and JavaScript testing and preferably also have an eye for

An eye for design, responsive design, Frontend and JavaScript testing, SASS
Experience: 4+ years
