SC Cleared - ADA Developer - Hursley
Leading Global Consultancy has an opening for an Ada Developer to join their team in Hursley. Due to the nature of this project you will require Security Clearance to SC Level in order to gain access to the site.
ROLE
Role as software developer for the Data Links Processing system, which is currently in 2nd year of a 4 year support phase. Candidate will be experienced in software engineering for complex, Real Time safety related systems preferably in a Naval or military Command and Control environment. Candidate will also preferably be experienced in Ada and Datalinks. Will work as part of a small team of software developers responsible primarily for analysing Incident Reports filed by the customer, communicating remedial or workaround actions to the customer, and for developing/testing defect fixes. Additionally will be required to analyse requirements and design and develop solutions for new functionality as specified by the customer. Must be prepared for occasional travel to the customer's land based test site and for occasional visit to dockyards.
