Genesys Consultant. One of my clients is urgently looking for a Genesys Consultant for a 12 month contract in Brussels, Germany.

The Genesys Consultant will:

Have minimum 5 years of experience.
Genesys Framework 8.1.x
Knowledge on building routing strategy using Genesys IRD
Sip Server, VOIP Stream Manager,
GVP SSG, GVP Reporting Server, GVP Resource Manager, GVP MCP (Media Control Platform)
Genesys Administrator, Genesys Desktop, WDE Interaction workspace, CCPulse
Infomart 8.1.x
G+ Adaptor
SpeechStorm, Fish GUI, Java, JSP, Webservice, Jscript, Groovy script, CSS, XML, .Net, C#
SVN, Peregrine
Genesys 8.1 security, Genesys Transport Layer Security (TLS)
Genesys alert configuration
Call flow and business process design using Visio, Mega modelling
Good communication - verbal, written in English & Dutch/French
