- Developing with PL/SQL
- Working with/coordinating external programmers and vendors
- Interfacing with Cisco IP-Telephony (XXL-Sites, CSF backend via File Interface/AXL)
- Integration of new processes
Your qualifications
- Experience in and understanding of Oracle PL/SQL programming
- Experience in telecommunication environment (Cisco)
- Experience as Deputy of Service Module Owner
- Excellent writing skills (technical documentation)
- Excellent collaboration with external programmers
- Very good communication skills in German and English
