Support Engineer - L1/L2 Support, PL/SQL (Oracle), Unix ( Shell scripting) -Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Mainframes L1 / L2 Support, PL / SQL (Oracle) as well as Unix
- Good knowledge of Excel, VBA and Shell Scripting
- Basic Business knowledge
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Troubleshooting and resolving tickets raised by clients
- Supervising and conducting training programs for new joiners
- Keeping up on latest technologies and related areas
- Documenting all the defined processes and the methods of resolving tickets as well as performing knowledge transition during project enhancements
