Informatica Developer – Business Glossary (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Work closely with functional core team to understand business design and requirements
- Work with Business Analyst to review and understand functional and technical design specification
- Participate in workshops as needed with business users and stakeholders to review and understand requirements
- Translate functional and technical design specification into a working Business Glossary solution
- Develop Business Glossary catalogue structure, defining taxonomies, asset types, forms, templates, workflow and Glossary capabilities to meet user requirements
- Perform testing of all developed glossary functions and document test results
- Perform solution walkthrough with core team
- Support development of interfaces, reports and user front end interface
- Support test planning and use case development
- Support glossary data loads, resolve issues, user acceptance testing
- Perform post go-live support
Your qualifications
- Strong hands-on data management/data warehousing experience
- Profound experience in Informatics PowerCenter development with direct development experience with Business Glossary
- Previous/most recent experience as a developer with Informatica Business Glossary is mandatory
- Expertise implementing/using Informatica Tools such as Business Glossary, Informatica Data Quality, MDM, PowerCenter
- Experience using Informatica Analyst/Metadata Manager for glossary purposes
- Technical expertise regarding ETL, SQL, Databases, Data Management, Data Warehousing
- Knowledge of Data Governance concepts
- Experience with data or software development life cycle
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics or related field
- Experience with R&D processes within Pharma, such as standards (clinical and non-clinical)
