Practical knowledge of BizTalk Server. Preferably, the person is an architect (or ranger with project experience) to help further build and support a number of ongoing projects. Person has already achieved a number of integration projects and is not afraid to take a number of project leadership tasks.
Experience with data exchange within the context of the European VIS and other similar systems. Orchestration of technical processes
Extensive experience with (large scale) IT projects
Experience with business processes re-engineering
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize
Understands the broader context of a project
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Has good inter-personal communication and listening skills
Knowledge of Application Management
