CRM Developer, Engineer, MS Dynamics, .NET, TFS, SQL Server
My Client, a leading financial organisation based in the Netherlands is currently looking for a CRM Developer, Engineer, MS Dynamics, .NET, TFS, SQL Server to contribute to the further development, maintenance and support of the CRM capabilities created in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
In this role the successful CRM Developer, Engineer, MS Dynamics, .NET, TFS, SQL Server will take on development and customisations on their global CRM implementation and services on the demanding international user base (eg handling requests and incidents). You will actively participate in an Agile/DevOps environment; contributing to Agile activities such as stand-ups, poker sessions and retrospectives. You will be working in an ambitious, fun and energetic team with business analysts, software engineers and operations engineers, contributing to continue and extend the success of the application.
Your profile
You are a great team player with a positive attitude and a 'can do' mentality, keen on results delivery and value. Preferably you have been working in the financial or banking sector. knowing how to find your way in a corporate environment and understanding the CRM implementation including its value. Your communication skills enable you to communicate to the various business and IT stakeholders.
Your up-to-date knowledge on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product and your continuous interest in the latest Dynamics roadmap will deliver significant value
With your extensive Agile and DevOps experience you will help the team in the transition towards the aspired way of working. Continuous improvement is in your DNA making you a driving force behind our IT automation roadmap.
Education
. HBO/WO or University degree in Programming, Information Technology or Business Engineering
Experience & Knowledge
. At least 5 years relevant development experience in an Dynamics CRM environment, always taking latest developments into account
. At least 3 years hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment
. Experience with continuous improvement and continuous delivery, eg IT automation and process
