o Demonstrable experience of leading teams
o Strong client facing skills working with business and technical governance teams
o Proficient in analysing business process and translating them into effective CRM solutions
o Dynamics Portals essential
o Wide experience on Microsoft Dynamics 2015 or 2016 configuration and customisation (including entity and security model), developing client application extensions, plugins and custom processes/workflows is essential
o Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
o Agile development practices are essential
o Visual Studio 2012 or above (Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management and Visual Studio Team System is advantageous
o UK Citizen with SC clearance
