Frontend Developer - £500
Front End Developer required by innovative FinTech in the heart of London for a 3 month contract. You will be taking on the responsibility for translating both UI and UX requirements into clean, production grade code for both mobile and desktop web apps.
You will be developing and enhancing applications that provide Real Time insight into trading activity for thousands of stocks around the world and will collect data from over 100 different data sources.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features adhering to modern design standard
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability to ensure efficient access of Real Time information
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders making sure that deadlines are adhered to for delivery/prototype dates
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience building both interactive mobile and desktop web apps
- Good understanding of JS frameworks such as React with AngularJS experience also beneficial
- C#/.NET app development experience hosted on Azure a nice to have
- Interest in DLT/Blockchain technologies (Ethereum/Solidity) and cryptocurrencies
- BSc in Computer Science (or related discipline) heavily advantageous
