My client based in Staines are urgently looking for an Informix Developer on an initial 2 month contract to assist with an ongoing project. The suitable Informix developer will be involved in an interesting project within the retail sector.The client have been building a Data Warehouse and they are looking for the Informix developer to be working with information from the daily sales returns (from the end retail client) and automating the information from the point of sales system directly into the end of day process, cutting down on the amount of data entry this is all completed via Infomix straight into the daily sales return.
The client are looking to integrate a new final solution account system. They are currently using 4j's which is an enhanced version of informix 4GL - if you have experience of Infomix 4GL then this is a great project to be involved in.
