C# Developer - Contract - Hedge Fund - London - £650 per day
Durlston Partners is proud to represent a prestigious hedge fund based in London's West End currently looking for a C# Developer. This developer will be involved with the development and enhancement of multi-threaded portfolio management systems.
Talented C# Developers can expect to join a highly intellectually and technically gifted team who actively code by following true TDD principles to deliver cutting edge software solutions for the hedge fund.
This team comprises of individuals who have come from various backgrounds, but what they all have in common is that they are extremely passionate about developing and maintaining clean, effective code.
To succeed in this role, our client is looking for candidates who display the following:
- Solid knowledge and extensive experience with C#.NET
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals: Object-Oriented design and design patterns, data structures, algorithms
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Exposure to pair programming and test-driven development (TDD)
- BSc or MSc in a Computer Science related discipline (Maths & Physics considered) from a top university
