Informatica Admin

Key skills required for the job are:

  • End to end Installation and configuration of IDQ on ETL
  • Onboarding and prerequisite verification - server, access, storage, licence keys, software
  • Run pre install check
  • Installation of Domain and node
  • Installation of services - Analyst, MRS, DIS, CMS etc.,
  • Configuration of services - configure properties and modify as per requirements
  • Bring up services and sanity testing
  • Repository security and access setup
  • Documentation

As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process/application/product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years

Skills: Informatica Admin, Informatica IDQ and IDE, English Language

Informatica Developer

Key skills required for the job are:

- Informatica IDQ and IDE (Mandatory)

- Teradata

- PL/SQL

- Advanced SQL

- Qlikview (preferable but not necessary)

- Ability to translate business rules/requirements into repeatable technical processes

- Knowledge of DQ Architecture/Design

Deliver on Data Quality Strategy
- Support the Head of Data Quality in the establishment of a single, consistent, accurate reconciled source of data for MI, Analytics and Reporting; being recognized for excellence in data and analytics.

Service Quality Enhancement
- Play a key role in eliciting, defining and elaborating the business and industry-aligned Data services that are provided to and enhanced for AIB and its Customers.

Act on Businesses Behalf
- If needed, act as the SME and be able to define business requirements against which programme scoping, architecture design and test management activities will be based.

Data Profiling
- Profile data to discover issues and report on data quality.

Status Reporting
- Provide clear and complete status reports to the Management to facilitate departmental reporting and issue capture and/or resolution.

Data Quality Solution Design
- Look for the best solution to prevent data quality issues arising, such as changes to business processes, IT change etc.Analyst to lead analysis work, capture, evaluate and document data changes, working with business and technical teams, to ensure efficiency in delivery.

Deliver on Data Services Strategy
- Support the Head of Data Services in the establishment of a single, consistent, accurate reconciled source of data for MI, Analytics and Reporting; being recognised for excellence in data and analytics.

Identify Business Needs
- Identify/anticipate Business needs above beyond explicit project-level requests.

Requirements Gathering
- Provide comprehensive and complete functional and non-functional requirements specifications leveraging your domain competency and industry knowledge.

Data Quality Solution Identification
- Look for solutions to prevent data quality issues arising, such as changes to business processes, IT change etc.

Test Support
- Assist in the prioritization, scoping and definition of associated testing activities. This role requires a technically-minded domain specialist candidate with direct experience working on data projects.

Facilitate PoC
- Facilitate Proof of Concepts relating to data/report mapping.
