Network Solutions Architect
Our client is a leading Broadcast and Telecommunications company that has a worldwide presence.
There is currently an opening for 2 Network Solutions Architects to join their video and entertainment team in Amsterdam. This position is suited to someone with experience in a broad range of networking areas - ideally with a background working with a service provider.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering network requirements and using them to influence solution designs.
- Validating network concepts and solutions.
- Translating the requirements into End 2 End architectures
- Working with Network Architects and engineers in other departments, and sometimes acting as a lead during implementation activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an E2E Network Architect/Designer/Integration Engineer
- Minimum 5 years experience in delivery of projects in a European or Global environment.
- Strong knowledge that encompasses all network technologies and network supporting systems.
- Fluent English
- Preferably be familiar with the B2C Video/Entertainment Sector (VOD DRM TV etc)
