Our client, a global leader in digital technologies, is recruiting for an Service Now Admin to join their business in the England.

Responsibilities:
- Work within business application team and enable better use of company’s asset providing 3rd level support for the integrated internal and production application
- Support, configure, deploy systems and application enhancements within the application layer set, creating value through improving the workflow and stability of the environments
- Provide application support, perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development and implementation for the ServiceNow Helsinki Platform
- Implementation and management of all ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, GRC, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, and other modules
- Customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, ServicePortal, and API WebHooks
- Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. for all modules
- Help identify opportunities for operational improvements across the business.
- Produce and deliver streamlined application processing across the business
- Effectively targeting and driving application automation and streamlining workflow within the business application team
- Become the technical owner of ServiceNow

Qualifications:
- Extensive and proven experience in ServiceNow Administration
- Development knowledge of ServiceNow
- Extensive and proven experience ITSM/CMDB tools
- Extensive understanding of multiple Microsoft systems
- Understanding of Database platforms
- Commercial experience of working on and running large web application infrastructures
- Strong working knowledge of agile development methodology
- Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service request)
- Experience of Windows server administration (configuring, deploying web services and applications)
- Experience in environment creation, configuration and automation (Powershell)
- Must be willing, ready, and able to learn
- Driven to develop existing, and learn new skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels
- Driving best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm
