Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Search Specialist to work on this brand new project with our prestigious public sector client.
You will be involved with:
- Identification of data items to be stored for search
- Specification of appropriate schema structure to store search data
- Creation of mechanism to ingest data into the search repository
- Review and refine indexed data
- Creation of data visualisations and reports for consumption and sharing between users
- Evaluation of available hosting options
- Assistance with the development of a guided search application prototype
- Input into development of search capability roadmap
Essential skills required for the role:
- Excellent knowledge of search and visualisation technologies eg Elastic/Kibana
- Experience of data analysis and modelling, translating relational, transactional data into a denormalised, searchable form
- Awareness of enterprise software systems eg SQL Server
