Go Live / Migration Manager / E CommerceReference No: 916982NC Role: Go Live / Migration Manager (E-Commerce) Industry: E Commerce Location: Männedorf Zurich and Region - Switzerland Workload: 100% Start Date:ASAP End Date: Till 30 th September 2018.
Roles & Responsibilties:
-Responsible for development of holistic go-live concept for an ecommerce platform incl. The migration and cutover strategy.
-Responsible to plan and prepare go-live and migration scenario including definition of a runbook, dress rehearsals and the required processes.
-Responsible to drive and monitor all go-live and migration related topics.
-Responsible to develop a full data migration strategy and alignment strategy with all relevant stakeholders.
-Responsible to identify and close gaps in the migration process.
-Responsible to propose and implement data quality assurance measures (including data validation scripts) as well as data-improvement measures.
-Responsible to validate readiness of data migration and go-live concept.
-Responsible for document processes and drive trainings of in-house staff.
Required Skills:
-Responsible for solid project management experience in business critical transformation projects
-Must have proven experience of data migration projects
-Must have experience in working with distributed delivery teams
-Must have experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP)
-Must have good experience with e -Commerce solutions (preferably Intershop, SAP Hybris, Mediando PIM, CMS Genetics ...)
-Should have good experience with databases ie (SAP Hana, Oracle)
-Must have basic understanding of cloud platforms ie (AWS)
-Should have good understanding of data reconciliation processes and methods for high quality converted data
-Must have proven experience with the management of IT projects
-Should have ability to interact with multiple teams including both technical and non-technical users.
-Should be able to create high level and detailed presentations for different target audiences
-Should be ready to work in tight timeframes
Education:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Languages:
-Fluent English (written & oral)
-Fluent in German is plus
