Description
IT Support - Level 2 wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' working experience in compliance with 1+ year IT experience within a Financial organization
- Competent handling of Unix as well as Windows Server, including checking processes, handling files and searching logs
- Background in SQL querying (Oracle / Microsoft SQL)
- Know-How of Charles River is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing 2nd Level business and technical support on various software applications regarding asset management
- Building relationships with stakeholders from relevant areas, particularly within application development and supporting team delivery to business clients
- Ensuring that incidents with potential adverse impact are escalated and resolved in appropriate manner
- Performing improvements across software applications including automation and monitoring
- Tracking progress using specific tools for incidents and changes as well as supporting the problem management process
