Ruby developer needed for a Ruby / Ruby on Rails contract role with a growing tech company who are one of the fastest growing in the UK and changing the way people in companies communicate. Initially it would be for a 6 month contract.
They need a Ruby / Ruby on Rails developer to join one of their dev squads due to rapid expansion. You'd be working on their core platform, which is built on a scalable cloud-based API architecture.
It's a great place to work - from an open environment where individual innovation is championed, to tech talks and beer fridges, it's a genuinely fun place to be. The CEO and founder is also a tech guy, so being a ruby developer and tech person, you'll be in an environment built around you!
As a Ruby developer, you will need:
·4+ years of commercial Ruby / Ruby on Rails experience
·Happy to work in a start-up environment
·Ideally some commercial experience in Javascript (AngularJS/JQuery), TDD and web development
·They work in Agile, so you'll be happy working in that!
They are looking to get 2 contract ruby developers on board ASAP.
