THIS ROLE IS BASED IN BRUSSELS (BELGIUM), you must be based and be able to work in Brussels.
This exciting government driven European Institution based in Brussels (Belgium) are currently on the hunt for a specialised Frontend UI/UX Designer to join on a long term contract role. The Frontend Developer and/or UI/UX Designer will have a strong technical and web driven development background, being exposued to Angular, JavaScript, Jquery and more.
They will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the deployment of the UI components and configuration management
- Drive Architectural and design of information systems as well as review of the architecture of existing systems
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems
- Production of use case models, software architecture documents, design and analysis models, implementation models
- Follow up of the data analysis and Datamodelling.
- Documentation of the technical implementations and the composites
- Evaluate and test technical components delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to requirements and methodology
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
- An experienced Front End designer with UX/UI delivery
- Proven experience in complex UI interface development
- In depth knowledge of information systems
- In depth knowledge of software development methodologies(eg RUP)
- Experienced with Angular 2
- Experienced with javaScript, jQuery, XML.
- Experienced with Angular 1.X
- Eperienced with standards/APIs: XSD, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXB (possibly also JAX-RPC)
- Experienced with tools: Eclipse/Workshop 10.3, Ant or Maven, SoapUI
- Experienced with Oracle RDBMS and SQL
- Experienced with UML or Case Tools
- Experience with relational databases
