Description

The Cloud Support Engineer will support the Online (Visual Studio Team Services) This is an opportunity to work on some of the largest scale Online development platforms and tools anywhere in the world, using our customers latest technology, and perhaps the most complete E2E coding and CI/CD tool in the market - all running in Azure.

Rapid troubleshooting skills are critical and the candidate is expected to bring the technical skills into play to enable rapid diagnosis and resolution to technical issues while ensuring timely and accurate customer communication while managing live site incidents.

Key Attributes:

  • 3 Years' experience (5 preferred) in live site role.
  • Degree level preferred
  • Must be collaborative but able to work on own initiative.
  • Communication (external and Internal) is critical. Familiarity with MSTF tools preferred but not required.

  • SQL Server experience
  • Live Site Reliability experience
  • Powershell/C# (some good coding knowledge)
