I have an extremely URGENT contract job in Amsterdam working for a mobile company, they need someone to start ASAP - This will be a 6 month opportunity paying between €550 - €600 a day, my client will sponsor if need be.
The profile will be someone who inspires, motivates and facilitates the different agile teams and works together with them on international delivering software development. The teams exist of developers, testers, and designers. You coach and facilitate the sprint planning, daily standups, demos, refinement and retrospective sessions and constantly strive to improve the way of working and optimize processes.
What are your responsibilities?
You are responsible for optimal cooperation between the teams and coach them to work according to the right processes. You like to help out where necessary and free the road of obstacles, you know how to involve stakeholders both internal and external, to get the best result. Within Icemobile we work with the latest techniques and software. Working on the edge of technology you and your entire team are responsible for making a product end-to-end. Within this role, you have lots of autonomy and you develop our platform on a strategic level.
Who are you?
Bachelor or Master Degree and you are Scrum Master Certified
5 years experience with leading a project team, proven experience with software product development
Knowledge and practical application of agile frameworks
Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle in a product context;
You enjoy improving teams and aim to continuously improve the process to let the teams rise above themselves
