Description
Senior PHP and Magento Back End developer is required by a large Consultancy based in Slough, commutable from Central London in under 20 minutes. The role is to lead and help implement Magento E-commerce applications, from discovery through launch and maintenance. The candidate will need to install and configure Magento 1 and 2, create custom E-commerce modules and extensions using object-oriented PHP and Magento APIs and implement custom skins.
The ideal candidate will also be skilled in and passionate about, developing and designing user-centric websites, having demonstrable experience and understanding of overall digital Customer eXperience Management (CXM). This role requires an individual who can collaborate effectively with team members, handle a fast-paced environment and thrive amidst the stress that sometimes comes with agency life. We work on complex, cutting edge E-commerce applications for some of the nation's most exciting brands.
Greenfield end-to-end project where the successful candidate will be responsible for designing the magento architecture and the development of PHP and Magento.
Candidates applying must also be willing to help and give guidance to the team as they are coming on board as the Back End Lead Developer for Magento
